Job Description


This exciting opportunity is for a Pharmaceutical Trials Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Royal London hospital site. As part of our evolving trials service, you will contribute towards the delivery of a wide range of commercial and non-commercial clinical trials.



Main Responsibilities


The purpose of this role is to provide support to the efficient and smooth running of processes associated with clinical trials, including set up, maintenance and close down. You will work closely with our excellent trials team to ensure effective delivery of trial medicines to patients.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • GCE grades A-C or 9-4 in English Language, Maths and Science
  • NVQ QCF Level 2 in pharmacy services
  • Proven experience of good performance in previous pharmacy posts
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy clinical trials, aseptics or dispensary services
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literate; able to use Microsoft Office programmes proficiently
  • Able to plan own work and supervise others
  • Able to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
