Job Description

We're currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). As an Accounts Assistant, you'll be responsible for various tasks including processing payments, reconciliations, and posting supplier invoices.

Responsibilities

  • Process cash receipts from e-commerce/website sales in multiple currencies.">
  • Reconcile company credit cards and bank accounts.">
  • Post supplier invoices to the purchase ledger.">
  • Raise payments of supplier invoices through online banking.">
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.">

Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. Experience with financial software systems is essential, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Working Hours

This role requires a commitment of 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, making it suitable for those with family commitments or other personal obligations.

Remuneration

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £25,000 per annum, which reflects the importance of this role in supporting our financial controller.
