About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Fundraiser to join our team at FOUR PAWS. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital fundraising strategies to support our mission to protect animals worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute monthly fundraising email campaigns to engage and retain our supporters
  • Create compelling supporter journeys on Engaging Networks to drive conversions and revenue growth
  • Optimize email performance and landing page engagement to meet challenging income, retention, and conversion targets
  • Collaborate with Fundraising colleagues to integrate digital strategies with offline activities
  • Manage and maintain accurate digital data with the Database Manager
  • Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and data protection requirements

Requirements:

  • Proficient in using Engaging Networks and experience with email marketing automation
  • Strong understanding of fundraising regulations and data protection requirements
  • Excellent writing, editing, and optimization skills for digital content
  • Demonstrated experience in email performance optimization and personalization
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' mission and vision
