About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Fundraiser to join our team at FOUR PAWS. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital fundraising strategies to support our mission to protect animals worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute monthly fundraising email campaigns to engage and retain supporters
  • Create and manage supporter journeys on Engaging Networks to optimize donor experience and conversion rates
  • Optimize email performance and landing page conversion rates through data-driven analysis and testing
  • Collaborate with fundraising colleagues to integrate digital strategies with offline activities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and compliant digital data with the Database Manager
  • Ensure regular reporting to the Head of Fundraising on e-performance metrics
Requirements
  • Proficient in using Engaging Networks and other digital fundraising tools
  • Strong knowledge of fundraising regulations, compliance, and data protection requirements
  • Experience in writing, editing, and optimizing digital content for compelling campaigns
  • Demonstrated expertise in email performance optimization through testing, personalization, and targeting
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' mission and vision
