About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Fundraiser to join our team at Four Paws. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital fundraising strategies to drive retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute monthly fundraising email campaigns to engage and retain existing supporters
  • Create and optimize supporter journeys on Engaging Networks to maximize donor retention and conversion
  • Work closely with the Fundraising team to integrate digital strategies with offline activities, ensuring a seamless donor experience
  • Manage and maintain accurate and compliant digital data, ensuring adherence to fundraising regulations and data protection requirements
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to the Head of Fundraising on digital performance and campaign effectiveness
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital fundraising, with a focus on retention and donor engagement
  • Strong knowledge of Engaging Networks and ability to create effective supporter journeys
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling digital content
  • Experience with email marketing and campaign optimization, including testing and personalization
  • Knowledge of fundraising regulations and data protection requirements in the UK
  • Passion for animal welfare and Four Paws' mission and values
