Job Description:

As a Regional Development Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Northamptonshire. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage various urban and regional planning projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors.
  • Develop and implement effective planning strategies to meet the needs of the community.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
  • Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
  • Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations.

Salary: £35-45K per annum. Salary range based on experience and qualifications.
