Job Opportunity with HAIL Partners

HAIL Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant Manager to join their team in the London office - West End.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Executive Assistants, including training, development, and support. They will also coordinate with HR and IT on new Administrative hires, onboarding, and building security.

  • Manage a team of Executive Assistants, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  • Coordinate with HR and IT on new Administrative hires, including onboarding and building security.
  • Oversee all vendors for the office, including contracts, renewals, and suppliers.
  • Support the hiring process for the Administrative team.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for full building management, including facilities and building maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing Executive Assistants and Administrative tasks, with experience in training staff, reviews, and succession planning. They will also possess high EQ, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust with colleagues and business leaders.
