Compensation Manager

We are looking for an experienced Compensation Manager to join our global business in London. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for managing the compensation process, including payroll, benefits, and bonuses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with knowledge of UK employment law and payroll regulations. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyse compensation data to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:
