About the Role: As a B2B Campaign Manager Lead at Spot, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing campaigns for key tech and freight forwarding sector clients. Your responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and managing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign management across multiple client campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Developing and executing campaigns within Zoho, Paid LinkedIn, and Salesforce platforms
  • Leading cross-functional teams to create high-quality content and visual assets
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Adjusting campaign strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize results

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing B2B multichannel campaigns, generating leads, and meeting performance metrics;
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • Significant experience in a marketing role (Campaign Manager, Marketing Manager, etc.) with a history of delivering successful results;
  • Expertise with digital marketing tools, including paid social media, PPC, email marketing, and Zoho platforms;
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Lead Forensics) to track, enhance, and report campaign performance;
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills for seamless collaboration and delivery;
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation, content creation, and campaign asset development.

Compensation and Benefits: £200-250 per day for an initial 6 months, with potential for extension. Laptop and Phone provided, along with Hybrid working arrangements.
