Finance Administrator - Accounts Payable

We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our Accounts Payable team at Vistry Group PLC. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a high-volume processing environment and has excellent IT skills.

About the Role
  • Process and maintain accurate accounts payable records with attention to detail.
  • Liaise with procurement and commercial teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and identify any discrepancies.
  • Verify subcontractor payments prior to processing to ensure compliance with group policies.
  • Provide financial administrative support to the business unit finance team as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
