We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Associate to join our team in London. As an Administrative Support Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities.


About the Role


This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a new challenge and develop their skills in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, handling daily post and deliveries, maintaining a tidy and organized reception area, and performing various administrative tasks as required.


Key Responsibilities



  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and supported during their time with us.
  2. Reception Duties: Greet clients and visitors upon arrival, direct them to the appropriate person or floor, and maintain a positive and warm impression of our facilities.
  3. Administrative Tasks: Handle daily post and deliveries, receive and distribute mail, and perform various administrative duties as required.
  4. Maintenance and Facilities: Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized at all times, action any maintenance or facility issues immediately, and update the maintenance list accordingly.
  5. Phone and Email: Answer phone calls, transfer where applicable, and take messages as needed.
