About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team at Organic Development LTD. As an integral part of our SEO team, you will play a key role in driving our clients' online success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain SEO relationships with various clients, ensuring expert knowledge status in all things SEO.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive client growth and success.
  • Collaborate with the wider Organic team to ensure a quality-first approach to cross-channel client projects.
  • Communicate and support on strategy and gain client approval on ongoing projects.
  • Deliver SEO training to clients and the wider Organic team, staying up-to-date with industry trends and updates.
  • Support more junior members of the team and wider business when possible.
  • Contribute to growing the status of the department through thought leadership and content creation.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working within SEO.
  • Knowledge across content and technical aspects of SEO.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Sistrix, Deepcrawl, and Screaming Frog.
  • Experience managing SEO projects/accounts either in-house or agency.
