Fusion Practices is seeking talented individuals to join our team as Oracle Cloud Consultants. As a consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping enterprises adopt and modernize their business with Cloud Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver large-scale technical projects that meet client requirements, focusing on delivery and milestones.

2. Engage with clients in Europe and the US to understand their needs and deliver expected results.

3. Develop a strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and hands-on experience in writing SQL queries.

4. Troubleshoot issues by analyzing business requirements and addressing pinpoint problems.

5. Work as a problem-solving agent, addressing and solving issues.

6. Document testing and stay up-to-date with various technology testing methods to ensure purposeful deliverables.

7. Demonstrate high levels of ownership and accountability on given projects, showcasing strong decision-making and judgment skills.

8. Participate in on-site training on Oracle Cloud provided by the company.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Full-time graduation with a degree in Bachelor's in Computer Application or MSC (Computer Science), UG (B.Tech.), or Postgraduate (MTech./MCA) final year students of 2020.

2. Fresh talents from M.Sc. (Data Science) programs are also welcome.

3. Maintain a good academic score throughout (students below 75% will not be considered).

4. No backlogs in any semesters.

5. Be flexible when working on rolling out system changes in non-business hours.

6. Willing to explore a career path in Oracle Cloud Consulting.

7. Accounting background/knowledge is preferred.

8. Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex workflows.

9. Technically skilled and well-versed in programming languages.

10. Certification in any language (JAVA, MySQL, C++) is an added advantage.

11. Innovative and keen to learn and explore new technologies.

12. Experience in application designing and development is preferred.
