Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Live-In Manager to oversee the daily operations of our B&B. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the property and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the property, including guest relations, staff supervision, and financial management.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality throughout the property.
- Preparing and serving breakfast and other meals as needed.
- Handling guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in hospitality management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
