Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the day-to-day operations of our estate and facilities at Lomond School.

About the Role:

  • Assist with the management and maintenance of the estate, including buildings and grounds.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and report any issues or required repairs.
  • Support the implementation of health, safety, and compliance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inventories, and any necessary documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and managing estate budgets.
  • Handle inquiries related to property, facilities, and general estate management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude for learning and adapting to new systems and procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in estates management or a related field.
