Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to manage and support pupils with challenging behaviour.
- Establish and maintain a 1:1 mentoring relationship with identified students, drawing up agreed action plans to outline the aims of the mentoring.
- Collaborate with teachers, Heads of House, and support staff to promote the effective use of behaviour management strategies.
- Work closely with parents to support the work of the school in improving individual children's behaviour and ensure effective communication between school and home.
- Provide direct support to individuals or groups to raise self-esteem and confidence, improving personal and social skills.
- Monitor progress in improving behaviour and maintain improvements once made.
