Job Title: Site Operations Manager

ABM UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning and waste management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of cleaning and waste management services to ensure high standards are consistently met.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve excellent results and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning and waste management strategies to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Monitor and control budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management, cleaning, or waste management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
  • Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
