Job Title: Site Operations Manager

ABM UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning, waste management, and facilities services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of cleaning, waste management, and facilities services to ensure high standards are consistently met.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and quality performance.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records of incidents and near misses.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to promote a positive and professional image of ABM UK.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in facilities management, cleaning, and waste management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and travel.
  • Strong IT skills, with experience of using software applications such as CRM and HR systems.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and experience of managing budgets and forecasts.
