At Lookers Canterbury Mercedes-Benz, we're seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key point of contact, you'll work closely with our passionate Sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You'll work closely with our Sales Manager, Richard Gravell, to develop your skills and knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to succeed in this fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers via email, telephone, and in-person interactions
  • Suggest suitable vehicles based on customer needs and preferences
  • Arrange and accompany customers on test drives to ensure a seamless experience
  • Negotiate the final price for sales, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement
  • Complete relevant paperwork for each sale, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

We're looking for a self-motivated and ambitious individual with strong communication skills, a passion for the motor trade, and a drive to succeed. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential. A full UK driving license is required, as you may be expected to drive some of our prestigious vehicles.
