Job Title: Early Learning Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Early Learning Specialist to join our team in supporting learners in achieving their goals through Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or AEB short courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Years education and experience in delivering award-winning qualifications.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across the Liverpool region
- Delivering a range of qualifications to meet individual learner needs
- Utilizing our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £25,000 - £28,500 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
- Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
- An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous
- A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous
- Experience in building and managing your own caseload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
