Vacancy: Sales Negotiator – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Hemel Hempstead area

Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator who is looking to progress their career with a long-established Independent Estate Agency.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous estate agency experience and a proven track record of achievement in a sales role. However, the company may consider a candidate who would like to get into the property industry and who has exceptional customer service and direct sales skills as well as an exceptional work ethic and a positive attitude.

You will be self-motivated, have excellent relationship building skills and be able to secure new business opportunities without supervision.

The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency based in the Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire area that offers expert advice in all areas of sales and lettings.

Key Skills:

  1. Property sales experience
  2. Articulate and well-spoken
  3. Excellent inter-personal skills
  4. High level of customer service skills
  5. Great telephone manner and positive attitude
  6. Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  7. Knowledge of Hemel Hempstead and surrounding area helpful
  8. Full Driving License essential and own car
  9. Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
