About the Team

Job Summary

This role sits within the E-Commerce Governance and Experience team at TikTok, responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for users, sellers, and creators.

We value user experience and work on policies, rules, products, and systems to ensure quality.

  • Responsible for EMEA e-commerce Governance and Experience business strategy, involved in business development and key metrics analysis, and ensuring the overall strategy direction aligns with the overall e-commerce business strategy.
  • Conduct industry research, including merchant or product governance, user experience improvement, logistics support, and other fields, refining and summarizing industry best practices and providing specific implementation solutions and recommendations.
  • Use analytics tools to produce critical business insights, ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helping the team build strategic partnerships and drive initiatives forward.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience related to e-commerce platform governance, e-commerce platform policy, or e-commerce customer service.
  • Experience in management consulting or business strategy is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth research and analytics projects independently.
  • Outstanding framework and logic, sensitive to data, good communication, and the ability to adapt to high-intensity and fast-moving work pace.
  • SQL-related experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing direct reports is desirable but not mandatory.
