About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate CAMHS Practitioner to join our Enhanced Support and Liaison Team in Dorset. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health assessments and clinical formulations for young people and families referred from various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop clinical formulations for young people and families.
  2. Ensure high standards of clinical practice when working with young people and their families/carers.
  3. Liaise with relevant agencies to deliver care to young people and their families.
  4. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children, young people, and their families.
  5. Work collaboratively with colleagues within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services to deliver comprehensive packages of care.
  6. Make recommendations regarding patient admission and discharge under supervision.
