Job Summary:

As a Sales and Account Executive at Swansway Group, you will be responsible for selling our full product range of new and used vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will handle sales inquiries that may be face-to-face, via telephone, or through online channels. You will follow a process-driven approach to ensure you find solutions that meet our customers' needs, working towards set targets and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Achieve sales goals and objectives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver market-leading customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process Adherence: Follow the Swansway sales process to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Swansway Group as a brand ambassador, promoting our values and mission.
  • Previous Selling Experience: Possess previous selling experience, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Process-Driven: Demonstrate the ability to adapt to new sales processes and procedures.
  • Valid Driving License: Hold a valid driving license.
