Role Overview

We're looking for a talented Policy Fraud Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our fraud prevention team, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of fraud investigators and ensuring that our policies are protected from fraudulent activity.

Your primary focus will be on managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that fraud cases are handled proactively and with a focus on quality and excellence. You'll work closely with other departments, including Claims, Underwriting, and Customer Service, to ensure a coordinated approach to fraud prevention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, manage, and develop a team of policy validation executives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Fraud Detection, Investigation: Oversee the detection, investigation, and resolution of potential fraud cases within the policy process.
  • Operational Management: Manage the daily operations of the policy validation fraud team, including case assignment, workload distribution, and process optimization.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to fraud prevention.
What You'll Need to Be Successful
  • Previous experience within motor insurance
  • Fraud experience is an advantage, but not essential if you can demonstrate a strong operational background
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset
