Job Overview

A leading global health and personal care company is seeking an experienced and commercially savvy Senior Brand Manager to lead a portfolio of top brands within the category.

This role requires a strong commercial and business acumen, coupled with excellent written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing excellence through strategic thinking and visionary leadership.

The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing a 5-year category strategy and clear growth roadmap across Europe, with a consumer-first approach. This will involve:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive category strategy to drive growth and market share.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and activations.
  • Collaborating with creative and media agencies to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Tracking and analyzing market data to inform business decisions.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, legislation, and customer behavior to ensure the company remains competitive.

The Senior Brand Manager will also be responsible for owning the P&L and driving business growth through creative thinking and NPD management.

The role will require 25-30% travel to key European markets, with opportunities to work with a dynamic and experienced team at Two Recruitment.
