About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Orthopaedic Practitioner to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Plaster room team, you will be responsible for providing specialist casting and post-operative wound care to Trauma & Orthopaedic patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality casting and wound care services to patients
  • Assist in the delivery of training and education to areas within the Trust who use Plaster of Paris
  • Provide expert patient/carer/staff advice when a cast is applied
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
