Job Description: Compliance Auditor

The successful candidate will work as part of a team to ensure business retention and growth, limit exposure to risk by ensuring compliance in health and safety, food safety, and finance. Key responsibilities include planning and conducting compliance audits, ensuring the business is complying with all relevant legislation, and supporting the Operations team in all areas of health and safety, food safety, finance, and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. A great personality, strong communication skills, great teamwork ethic, integrity, and an eye for detail and process.
  2. A practical craft-based background with experience of contract catering and auditing.
  3. Demonstrable high audit scores in their current role.
  4. Passion for food safety, health and safety, financial systems, and compliance.
