Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at Bucks & Berks Recruitment PLC Careers.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues, and support the sales team in managing key accounts. The role involves tracking orders, investigating shipping delays, answering customer queries via phone or email, processing orders, refunds, and returns, and referring complex cases to the Account Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with minimal experience to develop their skills and advance their career in sales and customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Process orders, refunds, and returns accurately and efficiently
  • Provide quotes for customers and process order requests
  • Order stock from suppliers and assist with forecasting needs for each account
  • Book shipments for international deliveries and create commercial invoices

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
