Salary: Up to £44,000 depending on skills and experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Governance Analyst to join our Enterprise IT PMO team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing central support to the successful operation of the Programme & Project (P&P) Project Management Office (PMO).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all aspects of the programmes and project's performance independently of the Portfolio Delivery Lead, Programme & Project Manager
  • Manage all aspects of governance and project change control
  • Manage and conduct regular project assurance / quality reviews on all programmes and project's from concept (demand) to closure
  • Check the performance and provide an independent view of how the project is progressing
  • Review governance reporting, providing analysis and insight to inform improvement and/or corrective activities
  • Ensure LCM compliance reporting is managed in line with central reporting cycles and is responsible for aggregating for senior reporting

Requirements:

  • Competent in project assurance
  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders to achieve business success
  • Competent knowledge of LCM, business analysis, project management, change management and business process re-engineering concepts and techniques
  • Ability to find and adopt best practice
