Automotive General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to join our team at Daish's Holidays. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of one of our 12 stunning hotels across the UK.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a drive and passion for the holiday industry and customer service. Previous experience of managing and working within budgets, maintenance and capital investment planning to improve the product, and ability to handle HR issues in line with company policy are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the hotel team to ensure smooth operation and full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure hitting P&L targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy and vision.
