We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to lead our team at the Famous Old Spa in Weymouth. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement business plans to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with the area manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads.
