We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at Perfect Placement UK Ltd, a leading Automotive Recruitment Agency. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a vital role in the success of our client, a well-known Franchised Dealer in the Weymouth area.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to both Trade and Retail customers.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced Parts Department environment.
- Utilize Motor Trade Parts Systems to efficiently manage parts inventory and orders.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in a busy Parts Department.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to deal with both Trade Customers and the General Public.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a high level of satisfaction.
- Experience in using Motor Trade Parts Systems.
- A competitive basic salary of up to £28,000.
- OTE of up to £33,000.
- A supportive Management Structure.
- Company Pension.
- Monday to Friday working hours, with no weekends.
