Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documents, performing data entry tasks, and working closely with the Design Manager and Project Manager to ensure design administration runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project documents, including project plans, blueprints, vendor contracts, and drawings.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with the Design Manager and Project Manager to ensure design administration is up-to-date.
  • Liaise with members of the design team and sub-contractors on design issues and queries.
  • Manage design information and ensure procedures are implemented to meet BMS and other documentation requirements.
  • Identify contractual requirements related to document control.
  • Create and customize forms and schedules for site-specific operations.
  • Process documentation in a timely and accurate manner for internal and external teams.
  • Produce reports for department teams on a weekly or monthly basis and chase outstanding documentation and actions.
  • Manage the Asite and DocHosting project workspace and action requests.
  • Assist in solving Asite problems and help produce tender packages.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including scanning, copying, and distributing documents.

Requirements:

  • Construction site-based experience, preferably from a residential background.
  • Asite knowledge is essential.
  • Experience in implementing information management strategies at project, region, or group levels.
