Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Female Extra Care Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting older adults in a proactive and holistic manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred support to service users, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and service users to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Support service users to access community resources and engage in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
