We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Field Sales Consultant to join our North England-based team. As part of our field sales team, you will benefit from being part of a company that focuses on creating a high-performance environment and celebrating success together.

This is an ideal opportunity to accelerate your development within a rapidly growing property technology startup. Our team operates remotely, with quarterly trips to London to reconnect with the team in person.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop face-to-face relationships with customers and deliver high-quality offers on marketed properties.
  • Work with our large Build to Rent portfolios, conducting viewings with prospective renters on a daily basis across Leeds and Liverpool.
  • Provide strong customer service to prospective renters prior, during, and post-viewings.
  • Showcase knowledge and expertise by highlighting unique qualities of properties.
  • Diligently record data for client reporting.
  • In quieter times, engage with inquiries, offer options for additional commission, and book viewings.
  • Partner with Account Management teams and Operations teams to optimize properties and processes.
  • Attend quarterly training and team events at our London office.

Salary: £40,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)
