About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our 'Professional Services' team. This role involves working directly with the sales team and clients to scope and gather requirements for implementation, developing statements of work (SOWs and subcontract SOWs), managing Purchase Orders, communicating with partners and clients, investigating and informing on Partner involvement, providing statuses to involved teams, managing legal flow-downs, supporting RFP Responses, and keeping information systems updated.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and project management skills, with a strong understanding of basic technical concepts of Identity Access Management (IAM).

You Will:

  1. Develop detailed plans for implementation and communication.
  2. Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery.
  3. Forge strong relationships with multiple groups.
  4. Serve as a liaison between technical teams and clients.

You Have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in applicable fields.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Ping Identity technology.
  • Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and project management.
