Child Care and Nursery Education Opportunity

At MP Training and Recruitment, we are committed to providing OUTSTANDING care and education for children in our nursery. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team, working closely with our dedicated team to deliver high-quality services.

About the Role:

  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
  • To promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment
  • To plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child's needs and abilities

Key Requirements:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, or similar)
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children

Salary Information:

The estimated total compensation package over 12 months for this role is approximately £33,000 - £40,000 per annum, including a competitive salary of £26,334 + (£dependent on qualification and experience).
