  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate utility statements for accuracy, ensuring charges are correctly allocated to landlords.
  • Monitor and audit utility expenditure across properties to identify any discrepancies or opportunities for cost savings.
  • Liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
  • Troubleshoot utility-related issues.
