Contract Administration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administration Specialist to join our client, a well-established building contractor in the North East. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contract variations, preparing subcontractor payment certificates, and contributing to the formulation of monthly financial reports.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working for a specialist sub-contractor and possess cladding knowledge. They should also have a pro-active and flexible approach with an ability to work to deadline. The estimated salary for this position is £48,000 - £58,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing contract variations
- Preparing subcontractor payment certificates
- Contributing to the formulation of monthly financial reports
- Negotiating and agreeing final accounts with main contractor QS
- Providing cost control and reporting on individual contracts
Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a specialist sub-contractor
- Cladding knowledge preferred
- Pro-active and flexible approach
