We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Handler to join our growing Commercial Team at GGB - Global. As an Account Handler, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and ensuring the effective management of client accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of a portfolio of cross-class commercial clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage client accounts, including creating documents, obtaining renewal terms, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Work closely with experienced Account Executives and Directors to provide outstanding service to a wide range of clients within the commercial space.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.
- Commercial insurance knowledge and experience in a similar role.
- Hold or be working towards a relevant qualification, such as the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) certification.
- Proven track record of working to targets and achieving Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in Acturis and other relevant software systems.
