Job Description

We are seeking a Male Support Worker to provide personalised care and companionship to a Gentleman in his 40s who lives in his supported living home.

  • Empower Independence: Assist him in maintaining his independence by supporting him in his daily activities in and around his home.
  • Outdoor Adventures: Accompany him on walks and visits to local parks, encouraging exploration and engagement with the community.
  • Personal Care: Provide comfort and support with all aspects of personal care, upholding the client's well-being and dignity.
  • Training and Support: Dimensions offers ongoing training and support to enhance your skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £12 per hour. As a Dimensions employee, you will be entitled to a competitive hourly rate, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
