We are seeking an experienced Senior Capital Equipment Sales Representative to join our team in the South of the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success in capital equipment and a deep understanding of the industrial shredding machines market.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies, stay informed about competitor products and industry advancements, and negotiate terms and conditions to close sales successfully.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary up to £70,000 + commission, a company car (BMW), 25 days annual leave, and private healthcare.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
  • Staying informed about competitor products and industry advancements.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions to close sales successfully.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Sold circa 20 units per year.
  • Evidence of circa £4m annual sales revenue.
  • Knowledge of industrial shredding machinery or capital equipment.
  • Experience in managing own diary and territory.
