Clinical Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Support Coordinator to join our team at Circle Health Group.
About the RoleThe Clinical Support Coordinator will provide administrative and clinical support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care services. This role will involve working closely with clinicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals to provide a high-quality patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support the clinical team in the delivery of patient care services
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Assist with the preparation and restocking of clinical areas
- Undertake daily stock checks of medicines and report any discrepancies
- Provide patient observations and support with clinical procedures
- Report incidents and near misses to relevant personnel
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a healthcare assistant or clinical support worker
