Clinical Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Circle Health Group. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our patients receive excellent care and support in our community clinics.
Key responsibilities:
* Support Circle Integrated Care Clinicians in guiding patients through their clinical pathway and delivering an outstanding experience of the service.
* Undertake audit activities under the supervision of the Clinical Lead.
* Carry out chaperone duties and provide patient observations for clinicians.
* Conduct daily stock checks of medicines used within the clinics under the supervision of the Clinical Leads, across multiple hub sites in Bedfordshire.
* Prepare and restock rooms used for clinical activity, which may include light cleaning duties.
* Report incidents to relevant personnel and via incident reporting systems.
