Clinical Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain clinical rotas across Circle Integrated care in accordance with relevant standard operating procedures.
- Action clinic change requests and oversee the clinic cancellation process.
- Monitor slot utilisation reports and provide information to patient administration teams and clinical teams as required.
- Monitor estate usage and drive actions to bring about optimal utilisation of all space.
- Develop and maintain coordinated stock control systems across all estates in conjunction with central procurement and finance teams.
- Full driving license.
- Health and Safety knowledge, desirable but not essential.
- Healthcare experience, desirable but not essential.
- Experience in health and safety, desirable.
- Ability to travel between sites, essential.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, essential.
