Organisation Support Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of 12 months.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage director's diaries and make travel arrangements as required.
Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents and maintaining records.
Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
Maintain audit and quality standards, including ISO27001 compliance.
Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working Hours:
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday on a rota basis between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm (37.5 hours per week).
After the training period, hybrid working options will be available.
Salary:
The salary for this role is £31,500 per annum, commensurate with experience.
