Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of 12 months.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage director's diaries and make travel arrangements as required.

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents and maintaining records.

  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.

  • Maintain audit and quality standards, including ISO27001 compliance.

  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Working Hours:

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday on a rota basis between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm (37.5 hours per week).

After the training period, hybrid working options will be available.

Salary:

The salary for this role is £31,500 per annum, commensurate with experience.
