Healthcare IT Programme Manager

**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a complex digital transformation project within a leading healthcare organisation. This role involves managing a team of experts, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the deployment enhances operational efficiency, reporting, and compliance with NHS standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Oracle Fusion programme, including project planning, design, implementation, testing, and go-live phases.
- Act as the primary interface between the trust, Oracle consultants, and other third-party vendors, ensuring cohesive collaboration and progress tracking.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact delivery.
- Engage with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to ensure the programme aligns with the trust's strategic objectives and user requirements.
- Drive change management initiatives to support user adoption, training, and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with NHS governance, information security, and regulatory frameworks throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Deliver regular progress updates to executive leadership, providing clear and actionable insights on programme status.
**Estimated Salary Range:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
**Requirements:**
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading large-scale ERP implementations, ideally Oracle Fusion, within the NHS or healthcare sector. Strong understanding of NHS governance, financial systems, and operational processes is essential. Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams, are also required.
