Healthcare Programme Management Position

We are seeking an ambitious and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at NHS England. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services for all, enabling local systems and providers to improve the health of their people and patients, and reducing health inequalities.
Your main responsibilities will include providing a professional, comprehensive, efficient, accurate, and timely project management function aligned to the needs of the programme. You will also manage the set-up and delivery of projects, working with colleagues and subject matter experts on strategic planning, scoping, design, and delivery.
About the Role- Lead the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage project resources, including staff, vendors, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers
You will work collaboratively with other Senior Project Managers to strengthen links between the Health Inequalities Improvement Team. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills, and be able to take complex information and turn it into clear and meaningful outputs.
