About the Job

Venn Group are partnered with a large healthcare organisation in the Leeds area who require a full-time Project Officer.

Role Description

The Project Officer will work closely with Programme Managers to plan and implement training schemes over an annual cycle, developing SOPs in accordance with agreed project plans.

They will also be responsible for researching and publicising outputs and impacts of programmes within the relevant portfolio, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries related to projects and managing advertising of schemes to publishing and professional organisations.

Responsibilities
  • Developing SOPs for training schemes

  • Acting as first point of contact for project enquiries
  • Managing advertising of schemes
  • Coordinating meetings and events
  • Providing secretariat services
  • Liaising with external stakeholders
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working in a mid-level role or higher within the project or research field, as well as advanced working knowledge of word processing, databases and spreadsheets.

They will also be able to provide excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
